For guidance on the application of the consumer's right of withdrawal
1. Revocation terms
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days.
The withdrawal period shall expire 14 days from the date when you or your designated third party other than the carrier to download the product (applicable in the event that the goods of the order is delivered at a time) or when you or your designated third party other than the carrier you download the goods that came as the last (applicable if the goods of the order is delivered separately on several occasions).

B: The exercise of the right of withdrawal can also use a communication that is in your account, under Order History. Click to select the open order, mark the goods being returned, write the reason and click the Create button to request the return of the goods. Since the launch of the process of returning the goods we will inform you mail.
The period of withdrawal is maintained, if send notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry date of the withdrawal.
2. Consequences of withdrawal
After the withdrawal will refund any payments that you made in connection with the conclusion of the contract, in particular the purchase price including the cost of delivering the goods to you. It does not cover any additional costs if you choose another type of delivery, than the least expensive conventional method of service that we offer.
Payments will be returned without delay, within 14 days from the day when we will sent your notice of withdrawal from this contract. Their payment will be made in the same way you used your payment, unless you have expressly agreed to other means of payment, and without charging any additional charges.
Payment for purchased goods will be paid after the delivery returned goods back to us or a document showing after sending back the goods, whichever comes first.
Do not send back the goods on delivery! Product send us to our address no later than 14 days from the date of exercising the right of withdrawal. The deadline shall be deemed to be respected if send back the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
Please note that under the Act the direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer. Is also responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling him other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
