Product Details
Replacement silicone rubber for Hacona type C welding machines. The package contains 2 pieces.
The quality of the sealing depends on the very good and undamaged condition of the silicon rubber. After many seals (depending on the material to be sealed and from the sealing temperature) the silicon rubber will ware off. Small parts of the silicon rubber will lose flexibility and will not assure proper surface pressure during the sealing process.
It is suggested changing both silicon rubber pieces at once to assure optimum sealing bar pressure onto the sealing wire.
Choose the length of the replacement rubber according to the type of your welding machine.
Cutting length of the C-type siliconr rubber for the different machine sizes:
C - 220 - 32 x 2 cm (12,8 x 2 inch)
C - 320 - 42 x 2 cm (16,8 x 2 inch)
C - 420 - 52 x 2 cm (20,8 x 2 inch)
C - 620 - 72 x 2 cm (28,8 x 2 inch)
C - 820 - 92 x 2 cm (36,8 x 2 inch)
